We started on the Unknown Pond Trail from Millbrook Rd to Unknown Pond. Then we continued on the Kilkenny Ridge Trail to the Horn (where we got nice views), then over the Bulge to Cabot Summit. We returned the same way. The trail was muddy and wet in some spots, but was in fairly good condition. A couple sections of the Unknown Pond Trail was overgrown. The clouds threatened a couple of times, but it never rained. It was considerably cooler on the Horn and Cabot Summit than at the lower elevations. It was a great day for hiking.
